Comparative efficacy of dietary interventions and enteral nutrition in adults with ulcerative colitis: a network meta-analysis
Abstract Objective: To compare the effects of dietary and enteral nutrition interventions on clinical effectiveness, albumin, C reactive protein, and quality of life in adults with ulcerative colitis. Methods: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI, SinoMed, and Wanfang were searched from inception to January 2026. Randomized controlled trials evaluating dietary or enteral nutrition interventions in adults with ulcerative colitis were included.

Dentition‐Cognition Relationship in Aging Populations: A Meta‐Analysis of Longitudinal Data
1 Introduction Dementia is a prominent global issue, particularly in aging populations. According to the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2019 Dementia Forecasting Contributors, the anticipated rise in the number of individuals diagnosed with dementia will rise from 57.4 million to 152.8 million by 2050 [1]. Dementia is featured by language disability, memory deficit, and mobility dysfunction, with Alzheimer's disease (AD) referred to be the most prevalent subtype [2-4].
Precision Regulation Strategy for Regional Source, Grid, and Load Friendly Interaction Based on Double-Layer Sensitivity Model
1. Introduction With the continuous advancement towards the goals of achieving “carbon neutrality and carbon peak” in China, the construction and development of a new power system has become the main battlefield and main force of energy in the power sector [1,2,3].
Analytical performance evaluation of the Mindray enzymatic assay for hemoglobin A1c measurement - Scientific Reports
Abstract Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) plays a crucial role in diabetes management. We aimed to evaluate the analytical performance of a new enzymatic method kit for HbA1c measurement. The performance of the enzymatic method, including precision, accuracy, and linearity, was evaluated. Moreover, the interference effect from conventional interferents, Hb derivatives, Hb variants, and common drugs were assessed.

An Optimized Decision Model for Electric Vehicle Aggregator Participation in the Electricity Market Based on the Stackelberg Game
1. Introduction Renewable energy sources represented by solar and wind energies have come a long way in becoming a major resource in today’s global energy mix []. However, the volatility and stochastic nature of renewable energy have brought great challenges to the safe and stable operation of power systems. In addition, the demand-side peak load continues to grow and the peak-to-valley difference further increases.
Association between Psychological Status and Condylar Bony Changes in Adults: A Retrospective Survey-Based Study
1. Introduction Temporomandibular disorders (TMDs) are a heterogenous group of disorders including pain-related musculoskeletal disorders and painless function disturbances [1]. TMD has become a serious and complex health problem, with the current prevalence being about 15–31% among adults, which is on the rise in recent decades [2,3,4]. A general consensus is that the etiology of TMDs is multifactorial and can be attributed to both physical and psychological factors [5].

Colorimetric sensor for highly sensitive and selective detection of copper ion
Copper ion (Cu2+), as a type of essential element, plays important roles in various metabolic processes of organisms. However, excessive intake of Cu2+ can induce a series of diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Menkes disease and Wilson disease. Herein, it is urgently needed to develop an analytical method to achieve the simple and sensitive detection of Cu2+. In this study, a colorimetric sensor for the detection of Cu2+ with high sensitivity and selectivity has been developed.
Water | Free Full-Text | Inexact Two-Stage Stochastic Programming for Water Resources Allocation under Considering Demand Uncertainties and Response-A Case Study of Tianjin, China
In this paper, an inexact two-stage stochastic programming model was developed for supporting regional water resource allocation management under uncertainties. The proposed model is an integrated framework of interval parameter programming and two-stage stochastic programming, which can tackle uncertain parameters expressed as interval values with probability distribution information.
Global Electricity Trade Network: Structures and Implications
Nations increasingly trade electricity, and understanding the structure of the global power grid can help identify nations that are critical for its reliability. This study examines the global grid as a network with nations as nodes and international electricity trade as links. We analyze the structure of the global electricity trade network and find that the network consists of four sub-networks, and provide a detailed analysis of the largest network, Eurasia.
