Among the 77 A-InDels, the average DOC was 1896 ± 1328 × , with extremes observed at rs34076006 (9971 ± 6867 ×) and rs5787309 (614 ± 290 ×). For the 32 X-InDels in females, the mean DOC was 1936 ± 874 × , with rs16367 displaying the highest value (4208 ± 1345 ×) and rs58595330 the lowest (870 ± 453 ×).
