Intranasal DNA nanocarrier vaccines with surface-patterned antigens enhance efficacy against respiratory syncytial virus
Abstract Although injectable respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pre-F vaccines are clinically established, effective intranasal alternatives remain elusive. Geometric and surface antigen display properties are critical for respiratory B cell activation, yet lack strategies for systematic optimization. Here we report a library of DNA nanocarriers with controlled dimensions and sizes, aiming to systemically evaluate the influence of geometric properties on intranasal retention.
Long-term follow-up demonstrates the curative potential of dual CD19/CD22 CAR-T-cell therapy alone or combined with autologous stem cell transplantation in TP53-altered relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma | Signal Transduction and Targeted The
Abstract The prognostic implications of TP53 alterations in patients with relapsed or refractory (r/r) aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) treated with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy remain inadequately characterized, particularly with respect to long-term outcomes.
Light sheet microscopy imaging dataset of CAR-T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity - Scientific Data
Abstract Research on CAR-T cell states is crucial for understanding the mechanisms of immunotherapy. Previous studies in live cells have been primarily limited by phototoxicity, resolution, and throughput, making it difficult to conduct further research and observations on cell states. To enable more detailed studies of cell states, we developed a microscopy imaging system with subcellular resolution, low phototoxicity, high imaging throughput, and automated data reconstruction.

Adaptive-learning physics-assisted light-field microscopy enables day-long and millisecond-scale super-resolution imaging of 3D subcellular dynamics - Nature Communications
Abstract Long-term and high-spatiotemporal-resolution 3D imaging of living cells remains an unmet challenge for super-resolution microscopy, owing to the noticeable phototoxicity and limited scanning speed. While emerging light-field microscopy can mitigate this issue through three-dimensionally capturing biological dynamics with merely single snapshot, it suffers from suboptimal resolution insufficient for resolving subcellular structures.

3D live imaging and phenotyping of CAR-T cell mediated-cytotoxicity using high-throughput Bessel oblique plane microscopy - Nature Communications
Abstract Clarification of the cytotoxic function of T cells is crucial for understanding human immune responses and immunotherapy procedures. Here, we report a high-throughput Bessel oblique plane microscopy (HBOPM) platform capable of 3D live imaging and phenotyping of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-modified T-cell cytotoxicity against cancer cells.
Water‐filtered infrared A radiation hyperthermia combined with immunotherapy for advanced gastrointestinal tumours
1 INTRODUCTION Gastrointestinal tumours (GITs) are the most common and fatal cancers worldwide, accounting for 26% of all malignant tumours, and are associated with a mortality rate of 35%.1 Traditional surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy have poor overall efficacy on advanced GITs, with 5-year survival rates of less than 5%.2 Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) can improve tumour immune suppression, restore the host's normal antitumour immune response, and eliminate cancer cells, thereby...

Alterations of dynamic and static brain functional activities and integration in stroke patients
Introduction Stroke is a neurological disease with high incidence and is the second leading cause of death and disability in the world (Krishnamurthi et al., 2020). Motor impairment is the major reason for post-stroke disability. Meanwhile, cognitive deficit negatively impacts the rehabilitation therapy and recovery of stroke patients.
Induction Motor Stator Winding Inter-Tern Short Circuit Fault Detection Based on Start-up Current Envelope Energy
1. Introduction Induction motors are widely used in various industrial fields due to their simple structure, excellent performance, and outstanding cost-effectiveness. However, the effect of the working environment can lead to the occurrence of faults. The faults of induction motors are mainly divided into mechanical faults and electrical faults. Electrical faults include inter-turn short circuit (ITSC), open-circuit, ground, over/under-voltage faults, and so on [1].

Identification of the novel allele, HLA‐B*48:58, in a patient with chronic myelogenous leukemia
We routinely use HLA typing to genotype donors of China Marrow Donor Program and patients. The novel allele HLA-B*48:58 was identified in a Chinese patient with chronic myelogenous leukemia. The DNA extracted from peripheral blood was subjected to HLA genotyping for the HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1 and -DQB1 loci using commercial PCR-SBT kits (TBG, Medigen Biotechnology, Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China).
ATAD3A: A Key Regulator of Mitochondria-Associated Diseases
Abstract : Mitochondrial membrane protein ATAD3A is a member of the AAA-domain-containing ATPases superfamily. It is important for the maintenance of mitochondrial DNA, structure, and function. In recent years, an increasing number of ATAD3A mutations have been identified in patients with neurological symptoms. Many of these mutations disrupt mitochondrial structure, function, and dynamics and are lethal to patients at a young age.

Commentary: Aberrant dynamic functional connectivity of posterior cingulate cortex subregions in major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation
Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a well-known mental disorder which influences millions of individuals worldwide (Ferrari et al., 2013). MDD not only leads to severe mental and physical disabilities but also cause a high risk for suicide (Wang et al., 2017; Dong et al., 2018). It is reported that 58% of MDD patients carry suicidal ideation (SI) and 15% of them have attempted suicide (Sokero et al., 2003). More than 50% of Chinese MDD patients have SI (Fang et al., 2018).
Disrupted Functional Connectivity Within and Between Resting-State Networks in the Subacute Stage of Post-stroke Aphasia
Introduction Post-stroke aphasia (PSA) is a clinical syndrome originating from the damage of language ability and comprehension due to localized stroke lesions (Thiel and Zumbansen, 2016). Language function remodeling in PSA is characterized by temporal and spatial variability (Stefaniak et al., 2020).
