Over the past 20 years, Ms. Margolis has built a trusted reputation as a talent development partner to global organizations as an executive coach and facilitator. She is Adjunct Faculty at the State University of New York, teaching leadership communication and executive presence for the Women Leaders in STEM Program. She is a leadership coach at Einstein College Of Medicine. Prior, she taught and coached business leaders for several years at Columbia Business School.
Ms. Margolis founded TLS Leaders in 2015. Here, she and her team of coaches, faculty and consultants partner with senior leaders around the globe to create meaningful growth in themselves and their teams. She is an expert in helping people deepen their self-awareness and learn new ways of communicating, collaborating and leading to achieve strategic business goals.
Ms. Margolis is a certified professional coach from the Center for Coaching Certification and holds certifications in The Fearless Organization (Psychological Safety) Hogan, EQ-i 2.0, Korn-Ferry Leadership Architect, and DISC. She achieved an honors B.A. in Psychology from Hartwick College and graduated Salutatorian with a Master of Social Work from SUNY at Stony Brook.
