Loren Margolis’s Biography

Loren is an executive coach who specializes in leadership and communication. She served as instructor of management communication at Columbia Business School, faculty for Women Leaders in STEM at the State University of New York and leadership coach at Einstein School of Medicine. She is Managing Director at Training & Leadership Success, where she works with organizations around the globe to develop their leaders and create engaging workplace cultures.

Before founding Training & Leadership Success, Loren launched and led the coaching program at Columbia Business School and coached financial services, marketing, brand management, technology leaders for nine years. She designed and taught the Presentation Skills course to thousands of leaders. She led leadership development for 23,000 people at NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System where she trained and coached clinical and business leaders and launched multiple, award-winning leadership development programs.
