Today we're talking about a new book from University of Minnesota Press. It's called "The Home of the Drowned." Now the author is a Sámi journalist named Elin Anna Labba. Her first book, "The Rocks Will Echo Our Sorrow: The Forced Displacement of the Sámi People," won the 2020 August Prize for Nonfiction in Sweden.

Aberdeen businessman Toby Doeden will face West River rancher and current Governor Larry Rhoden in a runoff this July. The winner will face Democratic challenger Dan Ahlers in November.
