Four Montreal cafés have been named among the best in North America, namely Café Pista (#34), Café Saint-Henri (#60), Micro Espresso (#89) and Café Éclair (#91). The World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops revealed their top 100 list for North America, Central America and the Caribbean at San Diego’s World of Coffee Convention, following an evaluation of over 4,600 establishments by 200 judges. Café Pista founder Maxime Richard released a statement about the news this week.

Just for Laughs has announced that comedy legend David Letterman will make his Montreal debut at the festival with special guest Will Arnett on July 21.
