It means afflicting the comfortable and comforting the afflicted.

Microsoft everything and teams and stuff.

Jessica Savage. But she'd have to do it from heaven.
Why did you become a journalist?
I love knowing more about people and witnessing courage. And working with journalists makes me happy.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Yes. Reporter.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
Most recently, our documentary about the Sandy Hook shooting. We used no triggering images from that day and heard heartfelt stories.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Stay curious, be a mix of tough and kind, and do some self care.
What's the best pitch you ever got?
A fast pitch playing softball in back yard when my youngest son was eight.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
From an editor? Get in a helicopter and find deer carcasses in the woods, via helicopter.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Gaming or walking in the woods with my husband and dogs. And in the summer you'll find me on a motorcycle.
