Letterboxd — Your life in film

What a strange movie, made in that post-Jurassic Park CGI boom when suddenly something like this was possible. Unlike the post-Star Wars boom, home video and cable TV was established enough by the mid-1990s that a movie like this could be made and widely seen. First the positives: I think Milla Jovovich does a terrific job. I love whenever it starts cross-cutting, they should've used more of that. Finally, Bruce Willis is obviously perfect casting for a Han Solo and John McClane hybrid.
