Abstract According to the World Health Organisation, oral health (OH) diseases are a major global health issue and outcomes are consistently poorer among refugees and migrants than host populations in many high-income countries (HICs). In the UK, the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities recognises asylum seekers, refugees, undocumented migrants, low-wage migrants, unaccompanied minors, and victims of trafficking as vulnerable migrants.

September 15th, 2025 MBABANE – The Eswatini Theatre Club has been awarded a grant of €21,700 by the German Embassy in Pretoria to refurbish its main foyer and create a grassroots performance space. The initiative aims to strengthen the Theatre Club’s role within Eswatini’s cultural and performing arts landscape. The funding arrives within the first year of a new committee taking office, composed predominantly of artists and cultural practitioners.

September 15th, 2025 The Embassy of Malaysia in Berlin, in collaboration with the Malaysian-German Students Society (MGSS) and Locco, hosted the Bahn Sarong 2025 on 31 August 2025, an event designed to celebrate Malaysia’s 68th National Day in the heart of the German capital. The initiative brought the vibrant spirit of Malaysia’s “Merdeka” to Berlin’s public transport system, showcasing traditional culture in an innovative and eye-catching way.
