1. Introduction The blood glucose level refers to the venous plasma glucose level. A normal blood glucose value refers to the blood glucose range of 3.9–6.1 mmol/L in fasting conditions. According to the criteria, a blood glucose level <3.9 mmol/L is hypoglycemia, and blood glucose >10 mmol/L is hyperglycemia [1,2].
