Canada's wheelchair curling mixed team conquered China, 4-3, in a thrilling finish to the Paralympic gold medal game at the Cortina Curling Olympic Stadium. With one stone remaining in the eighth and final end, it wasn't completely clear which team had shot rock. It appeared Canada's stone perhaps was slightly closer to the button, so they could have decided to toss away the hammer and leave the match up to a measurement.
