Mae Abdulbaki is a film/TV writer, entertainment journalist, and podcast co-host. She founded Movies with Mae back in 2013 and has been typing away at her computer day and night ever since.

Mae’s most recent work can be found at Screen Rant, Pajiba, and The Young Folks. She also co-hosts two podcasts: Ladies with Gumption and The Middle Geeks. She's a voting member of the Washington, DC Area Film Critics Association, Alliance of Women Film Journalists, and the Black Reel Awards.
