HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A former employee with the Missile Defense Agency was sentenced in federal court on Wednesday. In December 2025, Ewa Maria Ciszak pleaded guilty to removing and retaining classified documents/materials from her office and taking them home to store in her house and vehicle between January 2025 and June 2025. On Wednesday, Ciszak was sentenced to five years of probation and three years of house arrest.
