Led by Refinery Group, Flores on level one and cocktail and audio bar Lately on level two have joined the public bar, which opened earlier this year. Refinery Group Founder and Managing Director Mark Stevens says they want Flores to feel like the kind of neighbourhood wine bar people naturally gravitate towards.
