More than half of patients with growth hormone deficiency (GHD) experience otorhinolaryngological (ENT) symptoms, according to a systematic review in the Journal of Clinical Medicine. ENT symptoms included high-pitched voice, hearing loss, dizziness, misophonia, laryngopharyngeal reflux, vocal abnormalities, vestibular impairment, tinnitus, vertigo, and otitis media with effusion, the review found.
