More than half of patients with growth hormone deficiency (GHD) experience otorhinolaryngological (ENT) symptoms, according to a systematic review in the Journal of Clinical Medicine. ENT symptoms included high-pitched voice, hearing loss, dizziness, misophonia, laryngopharyngeal reflux, vocal abnormalities, vestibular impairment, tinnitus, vertigo, and otitis media with effusion, the review found.

Researchers described laboratory testing results of 253 participants enrolled in the Lyme Disease Biobank between 2014 and 2023.
