Abstract Aims To assess whether removing the incisal metal edge of an anterior resin-retained bridge (RRB) improves aesthetics without compromising clinical performance. Methods A two-phase study was conducted. Phase 1 involved a single-centre, parallel-group, randomised controlled trial (1:1 allocation) of 40 dental patients requiring anterior tooth replacement who received either the original or an adjusted RRB design.

To the Editor: I am writing to express how deeply concerned I am in the state of our district and the quality of education that our children are getting. I despair that what we have is a complete mess. It makes me wonder what our school board is really doing. Who are they prioritizing and why? They do not seem to prioritize our children, and I am incredibly disappointed that they are in place. It is up to us to sort that out and we will, we have to, for our children’s sake.
