1 Introduction Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) represents an extremely heterogeneous group of lymphoid cancers arising from the malignant transformation of B and T lymphocytes, and, less frequently, natural killer (NK) cells. A wide array of subtypes exists, distinguished by unique molecular, cellular, and immunological features impacting their pathogenesis, clinical presentation, and treatment response [1, 2].
