COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Wednesday afternoon, the Colorado Springs City Planning Commission gave the initial greenlight for a re-zoning of land by The Classical Academy Central Campus near the Shops at Briargate. Blackburn Communities is working to build a six story multi-family housing project in the area of Springcrest Road and Voyager Parkway. The undeveloped land covers nearly eight acres.
