Mark Curnutte, Special to The Enquirer Published 1:09 p.m. ET March 13, 2020 March 2, 1991: Kelly Chambers, President and Founder of FACE (For Aids Children Everywhere), an organization that assists children and families "infected and affected" by HIV. Mrs. Chambers lost a child to AIDS in 1991 and is HIV positive. Her prognosis is not good. She is not supposed to survive the year.
