Body of 84-year-old woman found at residence, kept inside residence for extended period of time NEW YORK MILLS, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A pair of New York Mills residents faced felony charges after police found the body of an elderly woman inside their home. The New York Mills Police Department contacted New York State Police regarding a welfare check at a residence on New Hartford Street at approximately 11:24 am on Tuesday, June 23.
