In an effort to help lost animal companions get home sooner, Hall County Animal Services in Gainesville, Georgia, has installed public microchip scanning stations at the Hall County Animal Shelter and Laurel Park Dog Park, according to Hall County Government. These stations will be accessible 24/7 and feature universal scanners capable of checking all major microchip brands and databases, helping identify and locate the guardians of lost animal companions in Hall County and beyond.
