You're probably used to seeing campaign advertisements on television that have a lot of claims in them about a candidate. In a new ad from the Shapiro campaign, there's only one claim made, and it's right at the beginning. "Pennsylvania's number one fan of data centers? Stacy Garrity." That claim, we cannot objectively check because it is an opinion. We cannot say that Stacy Garrity or anyone else is Pennsylvania's number one fan of data centers.
