FREEHOLD, NJ – Prosecutor Raymond Santiago and members of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office wore red last Friday, February 6, joining communities across the country in observance of National Wear Red Day, held annually on the first Friday of February to raise awareness about women’s cardiovascular health. The national initiative, launched in 2003, was created to address the long-standing misconception that heart disease primarily affects men.

BELMAR, NJ – The Veterans Music Fest will return to the Jersey Shore on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at D’Jais, bringing together seven live bands for a full day of rock and blues by the beach. Doors open at noon, and the event will run through 8 p.m. Admission is $20 at the door, with all proceeds benefiting the Veterans Foundation of America and its programs supporting veterans’ health and mental health. Veterans and active military members can attend free of charge.
