Organizational Design Is Here
Everything about work is changing. Now Org Design can keep pace. Work is being reorganized — not gradually, not optionally, and not on a schedule that gives HR teams the luxury of a six-month planning cycle. Enterprise AI adoption is accelerating faster than most organizations can respond. In February 2026, Anthropic disclosed that more than 500 customers were each spending over $1 million annually as enterprise Claude customers. By April, that figure had doubled.
Introducing Synappy: The AI Assistant for Workforce Intelligence
For years, TalentNeuron has focused on building a comprehensive view of the global labor market, tracking how roles are evolving, how skills are shifting, and how organizations are competing for talent. That foundation has enabled more informed workforce planning, but accessing that insight has still required time, expertise, and structured analysis. With Synappy, we are reducing that friction.

Letter to the Editor: Aaron Laroche was better than me
This letter is from Matt McGuire, a former resident of Milton. My Mom texted me an article tonight. I was late to pick up because I was working into the evening, but when I got around to it I saw that Aaron Laroche had injured a cop and allegedly killed himself. Australia needs a 'knowledge economy' fuelled by scientists and arts graduates: here's why Original
The federal government has been asking for “bold ideas” to “reimagine” the future of Australian higher education for decades to come. An interim report for the Universities Accord was released in July. Feedback on this draft is due today. While there have been many ideas floated by commentators and the review panel (such as a new national university for regional students and a levy on international student fees), there has been less discussion about what our university education system is for.
An evenly divided Supreme Court affirms “fetal heartbeat law” injunction by operation of law, trades barbs on matters of jurisprudence and appellate procedure
In a 3-3 decision, the Iowa Supreme Court affirmed a district court ruling refusing to dissolve a 2019 injunction against enforcement of a law known as the “fetal heartbeat law,” which would prohibit most abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy. Though the lack of a majority means that no written opinion carries the force of law, justices representing each side of the 3-3 split filed opinions explaining their rationale.

Corporate Shareholders Suing Directors Face Heightened Pleading Requirement, Iowa Supreme Court Holds
In 2019, the publicly traded stock of EMC Insurance Group, Inc. (“EMCI”) was acquired in a “going private transaction.” Certain shareholders sued members of EMCI’s board of directors for breaching fiduciary duties owed to public shareholders. Those individual directors moved to dismiss the plaintiffs’ claims, and the district court denied the motion to dismiss. On Friday, May 27, 2022, a unanimous Iowa Supreme Court reversed the district court’s denial of the motion to dismiss in Meade v.

Protecting your organisation against money laundering
With a view to making communities safer and eradicating tax evasion globally, governments are increasingly adopting measures to defeat money laundering. The success of those measures depends on the efforts of accountants and other professionals to deter, detect, and report illicit money movement. The UN Office on Drugs and Crime estimates that from 2%–5% of global GDP is laundered annually. And it is not just drug trafficking driving those staggering figures.

Few law school courses inspire more fear and frustration from students than Federal Courts. A standard elective at most law schools, the course’s prosaic name belies a devilishly complex body of law regarding who can sue whom in federal court, and for what.
Common sense for road work
Could we have some common sense when it comes to our roads and how money is spent? I have a few recommendations. Let the farmers and ranchers hay and graze the byways to help the livestock industry and use state-mowing savings for shoulder rut maintenance. And quit putting up no-parking signs for the trucks everywhere. We have equal protection under the law — right-to-park for an emergency, a nap, truck inspection or weather event — just like everyone else.
OPINION EXCHANGE | Ford site project is missing something critical
The Nov. 17 article “Ford site planners are counting on fewer cars” was informative, in that it revealed the extent to which the Ford site transportation plan is based on little in the way of facts and objectivity. In September 2017, the city of St. Paul approved the Ford Site Master Zoning plan, which set forth a range of 2,400 to 4,000 housing units for the 122-acre site.
