Matt Silver’s Biography
Matt Silver is a writer, radio host, recovering J.D., and jazz fanatic whose own saxophone playing can most aptly be described as somewhere between not altogether hopeless and delightfully adequate.
He's comfortable writing on any subject that calls for thoughtful, intelligent treatment shot-through with wit and historical reference.
He is drawn to prose with a rhythmic, musical quality. His writerly inspirations are David Foster Wallace, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and Philip Roth.
From Philadelphia, he lives presently in San Diego...but is open to relocation for the right opportunity.
