Prosecutors do not believe 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was pregnant at the time of her killing, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office told ABC News on Wednesday. D4vd, the 21-year-old singer whose legal name is David Burke, is accused of fatally stabbing Rivas Hernandez inside his Hollywood Hills home last year and later dismembering her body. Prosecutors allege he killed Rivas Hernandez because she was going to reveal their sexual relationship and damage his music career.
