Investigators say the suspect has victimized at least four older adults over the past three weeks using the ruse of working for the city's water department before entering homes and carrying out thefts. The most recent incident occurred on Monday.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 45-year-old woman was killed in a brutal attack in North Philadelphia early Sunday morning. Police said the victim, identified as Keisha Farlow, was beaten with a brick and stomped in an alleyway on North 24th Street around 2 a.m. Sunday. Surveillance video obtained as part of the investigation shows a man throwing the woman to the ground in the alley. Due to the graphic nature of the footage, Action News is not showing the most violent portions.
