HELL'S KITCHEN, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police are searching for a U.S. Postal Service driver after a 66-year-old man was struck and killed in Hell's Kitchen Saturday morning. The crash happened just after 5:30 a.m. on Ninth Avenue between West 54th and West 55th streets. Police say the 66-year-old man was crossing Ninth Avenue mid-block when he was struck by a USPS truck. The driver did not remain at the scene, according to police. The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
