The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said a tropical depression strengthened into the named storm Fausto on Sunday afternoon, which was centered about 750 miles (1,200 kilometers) south-southwest of the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula. The current projection for Tropical Storm Fausto shows the storm heading away from Mexico.

Inmate found dead at DeKalb jail, sheriff’s office says
ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A 73-year-old inmate died Friday after being found unresponsive at the DeKalb County Jail, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. Jail officials said John Parazzo was found unresponsive in his housing unit on July 17. On-site medical personnel and emergency medical services immediately provided medical care, but Parazzo was pronounced dead. Officials said the incident appears to have been a sudden and unexpected medical emergency.
