ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Training for a marathon takes time and preparation, but Josh Ice is taking it to the next level. The Carrollton man is attempting to run 31 marathons in 31 days. “If I’m tired, I run. If I’m happy, I run. If I’m sleepy, I run,” Ice said. Ice has been ultra running for three years, but this month he’s not just running to be running. Ice is running in honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month and to shed light on addiction recovery.
