Back on the Insurance Technology Rollercoaster
I am so very happy to be back with Celent and to help insurers and their providers extract value from technology investments. I tried stepping away, but my curiosity pulled me back in! Curious because I feel like I have “seen this movie before”, but at the same time, I also don’t know how this wave of tech renewal will play out. My career in insurance tech started some time ago when we were still skeptical about newfangled, radical approaches such as multi-tiered rating and 3-tier architecture.
