Police in Mbale City, Eastern Uganda are holding six students of Nkoma Secondary School after they were reportedly filmed assaulting and robbing a senior four student of Mbale Progressive Secondary School. Uganda said on Thursday it had appointed Citibank to mobilise financing needed to fund the country's planned 2.7 billion euro ($3.19 billion) Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) project.
