After a 1,000 point decline at the open on Monday, the Dow closed with a nearly 600 point loss. This is the worst decline in almost four years. But financial advisor Randy Hurst said panicking is not necessary, this is just a market correction. "Historically we know that it's supposed to go down at least ten percent from the recent high about once a year," he said. "It's normal, it's healthy and it's a necessary part of being an investor."
