Dothan Police received a call about shots being fired in the 400 block of Donna Drive on Wednesday evening. Police say that when officers arrived on the scene, they found a man with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. His condition is currently unknown.

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) – One person is in custody after an early morning shooting in downtown Dothan, according to police. In the overnight hours of June 4th, the Dothan Police Department responded to a call of possible shots fired in the 1000 block of West Main Street. A heavy police presence was on scene, and as the investigation progressed one person was taken into custody. At this time, the identity of the person in custody is unknow and charges are unknown. It's unclear if anyone was injured.

Dothan, Ala (WDHN) – Tense moments at the Dothan Regional Airport after instruments in the cockpit allegedly indicated that an approaching planes landing gear was not deployed properly. Reports indicate that Wednesday, May 20th the pilot made multiple fly-bys before ground crews confirmed the landing gear was deployed properly. The plane landed safely and no injuries were reported.
