US to allow Iranian leaders to attend UN General Assembly
President Donald Trump’s administration has held on-again, off-again talks with Iran’s leaders aimed at ending the war that began on February 28 when the US and Israel attacked Iran. Tehran responded with strikes on Israel and Gulf states that host US bases. “The delegation will be under travel restrictions and will face prohibitions on the purchase of luxury and other goods per our policy. The delegation is smaller than last year,” the State Department spokesperson added.
Prince Harry makes first public appearances ‘back on British soil’
Earlier, Harry spoke at an event focused on improving the care of children wounded in conflict hosted by charity Save the Children and Imperial College London. His appearances came on a busy day for Britain’s royals, with Charles hosting a conference for AI leaders amid criticism in a forthcoming book by the brother of his late first wife, Diana. The book by Charles Spencer is being serialised in the Daily Mail.
