YOUNGSTOWN - Police are investigating an injury accident on Youngstown’s North Side. Dispatchers got a call around 7:30 Monday morning about a two-vehicle crash at Logan Avenue and Hubbard Road. The first officer on the scene reported a “giant mess” finding one car on its roof and another car with heavy front-end damage. Another police officer was sent to the location to help control traffic. An ambulance was also dispatched. 21 News is working to find out if anyone was seriously injured.
