Efficacy and safety of Guanylyl cyclase C agonists (linaclotide and plecanatide) in patients with irritable bowel syndrome with constipation: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials
Abstract Background and Objectives: Guanylyl cyclase C (GCC) agonists, including linaclotide and plecanatide, induce prosecretory and analgesic effects by elevating cGMP levels in the intestinal lumen, rendering them significant treatment alternatives for constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-C).
Frontiers | Case Report: Percutaneous portal-central venous bypass: a novel salvage therapy for refractory variceal bleeding in TIPS-ineligible patients with portal vein tumor thrombus
Introduction Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide and a leading cause of cancer-related mortality (1–4). It is frequently associated with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension (PH). Notably, at the time of diagnosis, approximately 10–40% of patients already present with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) (5, 6). PVTT not only obstructs portal venous flow, exacerbating portal hypertension, but is also significantly associated with a poor prognosis.

Optimization of Electric Vehicle Routes Considering Multi-Temperature Co-Distribution in Cold Chain Logistics with Soft Time Windows
1. Introduction As the greenhouse effect increases, the use of clean energy is the future of transportation. With the support of governments, electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming an industry trend [1]. Many countries have formulated policies to increase the use of EVs in daily life, and the Chinese government has promulgated the “14th Five-Year Plan for Green Transportation” to promote the use of battery EVs in the logistics and distribution industry.
