1 INTRODUCTION End-of-life dreams and visions (ELDVs) are considered part of a spectrum of end-of-life experiences that have been reported throughout history, by both dying people and their families (Grant et al., 2023; Hession et al., 2022; Shared Crossing Research Initiative, 2022). In addition to ELDVs, the spectrum of end-of-life experiences includes terminal lucidity, pre-death synchronicities and pre-death premonitions (Doka, 2020; Shared Crossing Research Initiative, 2022).
