Frasers Centrepoint Trust Selling Suburban Singapore Mall to Local Investor for $360M

FCT bought White Sands in October 2020 for S$428M Frasers Centrepoint Trust has agreed to sell the White Sands mall in northeastern Singapore’s Pasir Ris area for S$467 million ($360.1 million), with market sources identifying the buyer as the same private investor which acquired a shopping centre in the city-state’s Upper Thomson area in April.
