AI bots then search for internal employees and past applicants. If no suitable matches are found, these AI bots crawl the internet to identify appropriate candidates. Outreach is automated, AI Interviews are conducted and 3-5 finalists are presented. From there, assessments are administered and compensation is negotiated.

Abstract The Clarion-Clipperton Zone contains extensive beds of polymetallic nodules on the abyssal seafloor, with vast areas (~1.5 million km2) under license for deep-sea mining. Mining companies have proposed discharging excess waste generated during nodule extraction in the lower mesopelagic and upper bathypelagic zones, which are home to a unique faunal community including zooplankton and micronekton.
