Have you ever used a typewriter?

Yes! I took typing in high school on an IBM Selectric. I remember the words "pica" and "elite" but can't remember exactly what they meant.

How is social media changing news?

Word certainly travels faster. That's great for getting scores but speculation and rumor travel faster now, too.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Microsoft Word is my word processor -- pretty obvious choice there. For audio production, I use Nuendo and Wavelab.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Outdoors on the hiking trail or simply taking a walk through my neighborhood.

Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?

There are two that I like best: Phil Steele and Dave Campbell's Texas Football.
