In 1971, Michele emigrated from France to Los Angeles to work for Ike & Tina Turner before being recruited by Warren Cowan of Rogers & Cowan PR, where she worked for several years. In 1978, Michele created her first PR/Marketing firm, Michele Elyzabeth Enterprises, which became Parapluie, Inc.

Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creation Director for the House of Dior, has undertaken the restoration of 13 fragrances spanning nearly 80 years of Dior perfume history. The project, titled “Dioriginals,” revisits compositions ranging from the classics of legendary perfumer Edmond Roudnitska to more recent creations.
