@AaronFlux @ClubThrifty @LorenaSGonzalez @veenadubal @unionista27 The way I'm interpreting this: "news articles" (i.e., "Trump says xx in a Tweet") gets a 35 cap, "marketing" (SEO) exempt and "creative" (i.e, "Ten Best Halloween Movies," which also may have SEO) is exempt. I could be mistaken, but since digital wasn't considered, maybe not?
