Eddie Andelman lived in West Palm Beach in recent years. Eddie Andelman, the longtime Boston sports radio host who died this week, was no stranger to Worcester. His wife, the former Judith Rosenberg, grew up in the city and was part of a family that ran a market. Rosenberg's Poultry was located at 33 Harrison St. for a time. Andelman often visited his Worcester in-laws. Andelman's sons – Michael, David and Daniel – bought Mendon Twin-Drive-in 2014.

In late June 1952, Harry Sulhan locked the door to his restaurant and reluctantly posted a notice: "On vacation until July 7." Customers of Harry's Restaurant, 285 Pleasant St., likely did a double take when they learned of the owner's getaway.

Harry Sulhan, Harry Vokes and Harry Cohen kept it simple. When it came time to attach a name to their respective restaurants, they ordered up nothing special: Harry's Restaurant. Central Mass. has had at least three Harry's Restaurants.
