Yes, when I was younger. My grandpa had one in his basement. Had to hear that ching!
How is social media changing news?
You get news in an instant. You don't wait to see it on the TV at a certain time or in the paper the next day.
Who's your favorite fictional journalist?
I don't know. Probably Peter Parker. He sells pictures of himself looking awesome as Spider-Man.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
It is a form of expression for me, but I also think it is up to the writer to use fact and proper sources.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I use Google Docs, LibreOffice Suite, Filmora, and a few others.
What's your favorite social network?
Used to be X, but after the past year, I've moved on. TikTok is one I enjoy.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
No. I actually didn't start writing until about 2009, 2010, or 2011. Can't remember. Those articles are lost to the wind.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Just get out there and write. Write in your own voice and don't stray from your personality. Pour you into all your works.

5-10 PM EST
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Gaming or chilling with my family. Other than that, working as an electrician.

I like reading what Gene Park writes for The Washington Post. He tends to write video game reviews like I've never seen anyone else do.
