Adaptor-mediated rewiring of FLT3 signaling engages p38 MAPK to sustain gilteritinib resistance in acute myeloid leukemia
Abstract Resistance to FLT3 inhibitors remains a major limitation in the treatment of FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Canonically, ERK is considered the predominant MAPK effector downstream of FLT3 signaling. However, pharmacologic inhibition of MEK/ERK provides limited clinical benefit once resistance develops, suggesting that alternative signaling dependencies may emerge under therapeutic pressure.
Longitudinal Proteomics Analysis of Cerebrospinal Fluid in Survivors of Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Abstract Mass spectrometry-based proteomic profiling of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in large patient cohorts, particularly among childhood cancer survivors, remains scarce, limiting opportunities for benchmarking, method development, and validation. Here, we present a longitudinal CSF proteomics dataset from survivors of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

Response of intestinal microbiota to saline-alkaline water in mud crab (Scylla paramamosain) based on multiple low salinity culture modes
1 Introduction Over the past few decades, the contemporary aquaculture industry has grown tremendously, becoming one of the fastest growing sectors in world food production, increasing from 25.7% in 2000 to 46.8% in 2018 (FAO, 2020). Blue foods make a great contribution to global food security and nutrition (Tigchelaar et al., 2022). The importance of aquaculture in the food supply is increasing due to the significant decline in wild capture fisheries.
Multiple low salinity stress modes provided novel insight into the metabolic response of Scylla paramamosain adapting to inland saline-alkaline water
Introduction The problem of soil salinization is globally widespread. The development of saltwater and brackish water aquaculture cannot only make full use of saline land, but also produce better economic benefits and contribute to the improvement of the regional economy.
Quality and clinical applicability of recommendations for incontinence‐associated dermatitis: A systematic review of guidelines and consensus statements
REVIEW Yuqin Zhang and Jinhui Tian should be considered joint corresponding author. Abstract Aims and Objectives The aim of this study was to assess methodological quality of all currently available guidelines and consensus statements for IAD using the Appraisal of Guidelines, Research and Evaluation (AGREE) II and the AGREE Recommendation Excellence (AGREE-REX) instruments. Background Globally, incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) is a significant health challenge.
Prespecification of subgroup analyses and examination of treatment-subgroup interactions in cancer individual participant data meta-analyses are suboptimal
Abstract Objectives This study aimed to explore the prespecification and conduct of subgroup analyses in cancer individual participant data meta-analyses (IPDMAs). Study Design and Setting We searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science to identify IPDMAs of randomized controlled trials evaluating intervention effects for cancer.
Deep Proteome Profiling by Isobaric Labeling, Extensive Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and Software-assisted Quantification
We describe a high-throughput protocol for the quantitation of proteins with a 10-plex isobaric labeling strategy, which has been implemented successfully in several publications12,13,14,32. In this protocol, we can analyze up to 10 different biological protein samples in 1 experiment. We can routinely identify and quantitate well over 10,000 proteins with high confidence.
