Abstract Ras-related protein 2 (Rras2) mutations are linked to Noonan syndrome, a disorder characterized by skeletal dysplasia and growth deficits. However, the role of Rras2 in bone homeostasis remains poorly defined, hindering the development of clinical interventions. Here, we show that Rras2 deficiency in mice leads to osteopenia, reduced bone strength, and impaired osteogenesis, recapitulating the clinical features of human patients.

Abstract BCR-ABL1, derived from structural chromosome rearrangements, is the driver mutation in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Targeting BCR-ABL1 for degradation is an ideal therapeutic strategy for CML, however, the regulatory mechanisms controlling BCR-ABL1 expression in CML remained unclear. Here, we identified PELI1 as a key regulator for maintaining BCR-ABL1 in CML.

Abstract Objective: To summarize perioperative anesthetic management in patients undergoing resection of giant abdominal masses. Methods: Perioperative data from 21 patients who underwent resection of giant abdominal masses between January 2016 and December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. Descriptive statistical methods and stratified comparative analyses were applied to evaluate perioperative characteristics and outcomes. Results: The maximum tumor diameter ranged from 15 to 50 cm.
