Pulling an unregistered Smith & Wesson revolver from his waistband, Goetz fired five shots with expert precision at the teens, gravely wounding them all. Each suffered extensive hospitalizations and surgeries, and one, Darrell Cabey, was left paralyzed and mentally impaired for life.
