Editorial: Molecular host-pathogen interactions in veterinary infectious diseases: from pathogenesis to immunomodulatory therapies
Veterinary infectious diseases impose massive economic losses to global livestock, aquaculture and companion animal industries, while continuously raising zoonotic spillover risks to human populations ().
UHRF1-regulated aerobic glycolysis mediates TOX lactylation to induce CD8⁺ T cell exhaustion in laryngeal cancer
Abstract Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is a malignancy characterized by metabolic reprogramming and immune evasion, where the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment contributes to poor therapeutic response. The role of Ubiquitin-like with PHD and RING finger domain 1 (UHRF1), an epigenetic regulator, in regulating metabolic-immune crosstalk in LSCC remains unclear.
Combustion Behavior and NO X Emission in a 660 MW Corner-Tangentially-Fired Boiler Under Ammonia-Coal Blending Condition
ABSTRACT To mitigate carbon emissions from coal-fired power plants while ensuring operational stability, this study numerically investigates the combustion behaviors and pollutant emissions of a 660 MW corner-tangentially-fired boiler under ammonia-coal co-firing conditions (0–60% calorific value ratio) at maximum continuous rating (BMCR).

A Three-Year Multimodal Holistic Dataset For Horticultural Tomato Cultivation
Abstract Existing tomato datasets often focus on short-term experiments or lack integrated environmental and agronomic data. We present Horti-M3-Tomato, a comprehensive three-year dataset collected in Northeast China’s greenhouse, including high-resolution RGB images, environmental sensor data (recorded every 30 minutes), soil conditions, and detailed agronomic records such as yield data and management practices.
Comparative Analysis of ctDNA Monitoring Strategies in Advanced NSCLC With Met Exon 14 Skipping Mutations Treated With Ensartinib
Abstract Mesenchymal-epithelial transition exon 14 skipping mutations (METex14) define a targetable molecular subset of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but optimal circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) biomarkers to guide MET tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy remain undefined. Within the EMBRACE trial of ensartinib, we conducted a prospective biomarker analysis with plasma collected at baseline (V0) and 4 weeks after treatment initiation (V1).
Hybrid magnetic skyrmions with near-zero Hall angle and electrical switchability in a 2D multiferroic - npj Computational Materials
Abstract Magnetic skyrmions hold great promise as information carriers in spintronics, yet their practical implementation is impeded by the skyrmion Hall effect (SkHE). Combining symmetry analysis, first-principles calculations, and atomic spin simulations, we demonstrate hybrid skyrmions in the multiferroic monolayer TcIrGe2Se6. It hosts a mixed Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) containing both parallel and perpendicular components.

Selective production of acetonitrile by dehydroamination of ethanol over a stable Cu-Zr/meso SiO2 catalyst
Selective production of acetonitrile by dehydroamination of ethanol over a stable Cu-Zr/meso SiO2 catalyst The production of acetonitrile from ethanol via the non-oxidative dehydroamination process provides an attractive route for converting biomass-derived substrates into high-value chemical compounds. Conventional copper-based catalysts exhibit excellent activity and product selectivity at low-temperatures (≤ 330 °C) but suffer from deactivation challenges.

Multi-head CLIP: Improving CLIP with diverse representations and flat minima
Contrastive Language-Image Pre-training (CLIP) has shown remarkable success in the field of multimodal learning by enabling joint understanding of text and images. In this paper, we introduce a novel method called Multi-head CLIP, inspired by Stein Variational Gradient Descent (SVGD) and Sharpness-aware Minimization (SAM).

T1: Scaling Diffusion Probabilistic Fields to High-Resolution on Unified Visual Modalities
Diffusion Probabilistic Field (DPF) models the distribution of continuous functions defined over metric spaces. While DPF shows great potential for unifying data generation of various modalities including images, videos, and 3D geometry, it does not scale to a higher data resolution.

Recombinant Pseudorabies Virus Usage in Vaccine Development against Swine Infectious Disease
1. Introduction Pseudorabies virus (PRV) is the etiological agent of pseudorabies (PR), belonging to the Herpesviridae family, primarily affects pigs and can occasionally be transmitted to cattle, goats, sheep, cats, and dogs [1,2,3,4,5]. The PRV virus is a double-stranded DNA virus approximately 143 kb in size, consisting of unique long (UL), internal repeat short (IRS), unique short (US), and a terminal repeat short (TRS) [6,7,8].

High quality quasi-parallel x-ray microbeams based on a parabolic capillary
Abstract High quality quasi-parallel x-ray microbeams have an appreciable application value in the x-ray diffraction analysis technique, which is currently one of the most significant non-destructive analysis techniques. A simulation of a parabolic single capillary is carried out based on the Monte Carlo simulation toolkit Geant4.
Input substitution and relative input price variability in timber markets
Authors: Mo Zhou* mozhou@purdue.edu Canadian Journal of Forest Research e-First Abstract Résumé References Abstract Timbers of multiple tree species and sizes are often traded in a single market. Some previous studies have empirically examined their price interdependences, but the drivers of such relationships remain unclear.

Potential feedback of recent vegetation changes on summer rainfall in the Sahel
The Sahel region of Northern Africa is home to more than 50 million people for whom summer rainfall is a crucial water resource in terms of food security and societal stability. Using satellite-based Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and gridded observational precipitation records during 1982–2012, we detected a significant increase (p-value < 0.01) in both vegetation greenness and monsoon rainfall over the Sahel since the early 1980s.
