June 4, 2026, 5:05 a.m. CT The Nashville Underground has closed permanently as brothers Gavin DeGraw, a popular singer, and Joey DeGraw are bowing out of the partnership which owns the seven-story Lower Broadway bar and restaurant, according to a statement from the business. One remaining business partner will retain control of the building at 105 Broadway, which houses Nashville Underground. The bar and restaurant ended operations on May 31.
